Here at Titleplans we believe in transparency.
The fees listed below give an estimate of the costs for each type of plan.
Title Plans are a set fee of £300 (inc VAT) + a Digital OS Data Purchase which varies by plot size (typically around £40 although this does increase for larger plots)
For Multiple Plans or Repeat Orders we recommend you contact us for a discounted rate.
Lease Plans start at £125 with an additional £50 charge for each additional plan that is required (Inc VAT) providing all drawings and measurements are provided by the client.
For example, a 3 flat apartment would be £125 for flat 1+ £50 for flat 2 + £50 for flat 3 = £225
If no plans or measurements are available a survey will be required. Survey pricing will ultimately be decided by complexity, size and location of the site.
Land Transfer plans are a set fee of £400 (inc VAT) + a Digital OS Data Purchase which varies by plot size (Typically around £40 although this does increase for larger plots)
